How does online coaching work in practice?

After an initial assessment you receive an individual programme in the app. You log training and provide feedback. Artur follows the work and adjusts the plan when needed. The exact follow-up rhythm is confirmed before starting.

What does the service cost?

Online coaching costs 129 euros per month. Invoicing, start date, cancellation and other terms are always confirmed in writing before an agreement is made.

Can I apply if I have pain or a previous injury?

You can mention that previous problems affect training, but coaching does not replace diagnosis, treatment or physiotherapy. Contact licensed healthcare first for medical symptoms or acute pain.

How quickly will I receive a reply?

Artur reads the application personally and replies by email about the next step. The current response time and ongoing coaching rhythm are confirmed before starting.

Is nutrition planning included?

Nutrition planning is not marketed as a fixed part until its scope, responsibility and working rhythm have been confirmed. Ask Artur what type of nutrition support is available.
